This jewel is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can have your purchase serviced free of charge every year. Each time you have a service, your general warranty is extended by one year.

We offer you a free lifetime cleaning and revision of your jewellery to restore its original beauty.

Exchange policy

It is possible to exchange the jewel within 14 days (2 weeks) after purchase for another model. There is no possibility of a refund.
The exchange policy does not apply to personalised or altered models.
